Like new! Looks like it was stuck in a corner and never used. Rubber still supple - O2 generator cannisters still sealed. Case is perfect. Handle is a little weak and frayed in the strap but still whole. A must for the serious collector. Actual size is 23\" x 10\" x 16\". Will be packed well (although the box looks bullet proof- quality thick wood construction with flat head screws - gotta love it!) Message with any questions or special delivery requests.Thanks,Jeff
