This pre-owned Ned Smith heavy glass bar decanter is in great condition and looks barely used. There are no chips, cracks or scratches on the glass or the paintings and there is no cloudiness to the glass. The moisture you see in one photo is from rinsing out the decanter and it wasn\'t completely dry inside. The pump works as it should - 4 pumps will give you a full shot of liquor. There are a few very minor surface scratches on the pump and there are no cracks. It looks to be in like new condition and is made in the U.S.A.The bottle without the pump stands 8\" tall. It is almost 3-1/4 \" wide on each side. It holds 32 ounces of fluid.
