This is a wonderful old English teapot made by Sadler and it\'s in great condition! The novelty pot features an old school blacksmith shoeing a horse in his old thatched-roof shop. The Old Forge in the perfect English Village. The blacksmith\'s portrait is repeated in mirror images on both sides of the rectangular-shaped pot. The teapot is the cottage and the lid is the roof. Gently used. The bottom shows some wear but there are no cracks, chips, repairs or crazing. The pot measures 6 inches high with lid and 7 1/2 inches from spout tip to handle. The bottom carries a message about the old forge\'s importance to the traditional English country lifestyle. Made in England.
