It works and the notes sound correct (but I am not a professional). It is not perfectly air tight. Someone spilled paint on it and I cleaned it off the best I can. It only has one button, the air release. It is missing 20 other buttons. I am not sure what year it was made, someone once said it is between 30\'s and 60\'s.
