up for sale is a vintage late model ( late 30\'s early 40\'s) 605 Bedrock plane for parts or to restore to working condition. Starting with the body. Yes there is a hang hole in the heel of the plane. There is some minor pitting on the sides and the sole. There are no breaks or repairs to the casting. There is japanning, but it is missing in a lot of areas, and what is there is thin.. The frog is in decent condition. All the parts to hold the frog in place are correct. ( pins and screws). The main issue is the adjustment wheel and the threaded bolt for the adjustment wheel are Missing in action. The Knob is poor condition. The plane will clean up pretty well. It is suitable for restoration to become a good user tool. Please see pictures for condition.
