This vintage copper/brass ladle was acquired when we lived in Pakistan in the 1970s. It was old then, so I don\'t know just how old it actually is. I cannot tell if it is copper or brass, but most such ladles in South Asia were made of copper. It is rather plain with the only decoration being some lines around the bowl. The handle is about 11 1/2 inches long, and the bowl is about 4 1/2 inches in diameter and 3 inches deep. It weighs over a pound.
