Believed to date to the mid 1950\'s this buggy has an attached hood that folds nicely or stands to shade inside of stroller. Does not include padding. Material is vinyl-like or canvas-like and is not brittle but feels secure.Wheels roll smoothly and seem in good shape. Due to age of this stroller it is not recommended for babies, toddlers, nor childrenas may not be up to todays safety codes which have changed considerablyin the past 50 years.
