The jardiniere offers very fine hand molded decoration andpainting in special areas around the entire taperedjardinierewith two angels with extended wings and swirling garland on the Blueware jardiniere. This line is shown in Huxford\'s book on Weller on page 171 and the item is on the bottom row on the far left side. The base is marked with the incised \"WELLER\" mark on this unusual molded angel jardiniere. This old Weller art potteryjardiniereis in wonderful condition with outstanding colours in the decoration of fine hand painting around the jardiniere. The glaze is a satin finish, which is typical of this Weller, designedjardinieremade in Zanesville, Ohio back in the early 1919 period. Thejardinierehas NO fleabites, NO hairlines, NO cracks, and in wonderful condition. Please see the above pictures to view this vase along with the Weller mark “WELLER\"on the base.
