Thisvase offers a very fine hand molded raised cream color decorationand creates a scene of a horse rider in \"chase\" of a prey or a fox in this elegant art pottery vase. The base is marked with the image of \"WELLER POTTERY\" inside the oval base. This old Weller art potteryvaseis in wonderful condition with outstanding colours in the decoration of fine bluecobalt glaze around the vase. The blue glaze is a satin finishmade in Zanesville, Ohio back in the late 1920\'s period and has some light crazing. Thevasehas NO fleabites, NO hairlines, and NO cracks. Stamped on the bottom.
