Croly better know as Jennie June: she was a most active promoter of women\'s clubs notably starting the General Federation of Women\'s Clubs which is now international. Frontis plate of a bird\'s-eye view of Jackson Park (shown). The main unique article is by Mrs. Moses P. Handy, wife of the Head of the Publicity Dept.; the thrust of her article on how to live at the WCE is that there are many fine hotels for the wealthy but none for self supporting women and goes on to describe the building of the Women\'s Dormitory with the help of George Pullman, the railroad tycoon. One of the best ads is for Travelers Cheques at the WCE where they had a station (shown). Another tribute to the rise of the women\'s movementduring the Columbian Exposition!
