Very nice Carl Eickhorn marked German sword from WWI or WWII. Eickhorn mark is squirrel holding sword.

Dove head in nice shape, small crack in grip, wire is mostly tight with a little piece loose.

Blade is in good shape and uncleaned.unsharpened. Shows some dirt and spotting, I think all would clean up.

Black single loop scabbard in good shape with couple small dents at bottom.

Blade is ~33 1/2 inches long, total length 38 1/2 inches long.

Leather buffer pad in place.

overall nice sword.
