This scope was issued to a Nagoya Type 97 rifle #5585

This scope will fit any Japanese sniper rifle that takes the 2.5 power scope

Scope is in good condition with clear optics with some small black flakes as is common with these scopes. The flakes do not affect the sight picture. Note the photo of the optics shows fluorescentlights in the background and the yellow and brown lines are from the lights and not internal to the scope.

The grid is in place and readable

Original black outside finish is excellent with a few minor scratches and scrapes.

Scope is missing the rubber eye cup, which is typical. Aftermarket eye cups are available.

This scope was previously mounted on a rifle and I have shot it mounted. The scope functioned nicely and held zero. There were no rattles or looseness noted.
