Hours were 10 -6. Construction began May 30,1967. It took 1,584 days and $ 400 million to Opening day.

Area: 27,400 acres.. 43 square miles.. 100 acre Magic Kingdom Theme Park.. 12,000 parking lot.. Etc.
Transportation: Monorail trains are 171feet long, steam trains were built in 1902 - 1928 used on sugar plantations in Mexico until purchased by WDW in 1969. Restored in Florida now travel around Magic Kingdom on a 2 mile track.
