This is a Western Electric Badge sewing machine made by National Sewing Company. The oak case is beautiful. There are three bobbins, the machine head, the locking wood case and the foot pedal - motor. From what I\'ve been able to figure out, the motor should be mounted on the back of the machine but there is a piece of metal broken off (see last photo) so I have not used it. The hand wheel turns, needle goes up and down, it\'s very clean.There is a sliding door to open a small compartment on the right and the bobbin cover is hinged so it swings out too, very nice design.Most of the decals are intact, the flaws on the bed are probably from storing the metal foot pedal there, just a guess though. I hope someone who is able to repair the mount buys it and makes it work! You could also drop an different machine head in it as the case is really nice.This is for PICK UP ONLY in Swedesboro NJ, 08085 or very local delivery can be arranged.
