ShippingNote: I try to do a good job with packing and shipping. I have bought more on than I’ve sold, so I understand the importance of paying actual shippingcosts, receiving my items as fast as is practical, and mostly getting my itemsin good shape. If you’ve been around a while you will remember the daysbefore Paypal when the sale ended and the seller then figured out theshipping method with the buyer and came up with a cost for the shipping andthen after a several day wait, the seller received the buyers money and if itwas a check another delay was involved and so on. IT TOOK A LONG TIME ANDTHINGS WERE FAR FROM WORKING GOOD!

So thesedays it is much more streamlined and usually it works much better. BUT…. Thereis a cost for these improvements. /PayPal get about 13% of everytransaction from me… and that INCLUDES shipping. So if I have ashipping/handling amount of $30 on an item, I will only have about 26 bucks toget you your stuff. That has to cover packing materials, the fee for theshipper and any expenses involved with the transport of the item to be shipped.Usually I just eat the packing material and travel expenses. However, I do liketo recover actual out of pocket shipping costs.

So this ismy policy on shipping: I will estimate on the high side for shipping and whenthe actual cost is determined, I will refund the difference (refund not to beless than $2) to your PayPal account.
