This is one of the rare 1979 Westside Model Company\'s Southern Pacific SP AC-6 Super Detailed 4-8-8-2 Cab Forward\'s. This is the Flat Face version and according to theBrass Book is One of a hundred that were made. It comes with a removable cab with full cab interior and a factory installed can motor. It is super detailed with castings and lagged piping unlike previous versions. Ihave been told it is actually one of thirty, but have no proof to verify. The model is near perfect condition with no tarnish, only a couple solder marks where the previous owner had changed the blow downs on the engine and had removed the headlight and oil hatch on the tender. I have replaced them with PSC castings to bring it back to stock. The box is in great conditionand thereplaced foam is also in great condition. I would rate the model due to it\'s age a 9 1/2. I have had this model since 2009 and it has never been run. The weight is still in it\'s original plastic rapper. I am downsizing my collection and since I have a second one, have decided to part with this one. Pleasecheck outmy other sales.
