Here you have a WWI French Silver Medal honoring Marshall Foch. The silver washed Medal Pin depicts a bust of Foch. The words state he is the General above all the Allies (Allied Nations). There is a straight pin on the reverse. It is not maker marked. The Foch Medal Pin is in fair condition and is at least 98 years old.

The Medal is simple. There is a detailed, embossed bust of Marshall Foch. The Pin has a silver wash on brass. Foch is depicted wearing the famous French Kepi. The embossed writing extols the Marshall as the General above all the Allies.

The pin has darkening you see with silver plate and sterling silver. There is wear and you can see some brass coming through the silver wash. There are scratches from wear and the passage of almost a century. The Foch Medal has a straight pin on the back. The Medal is not magnetic.
