Out of the box this bike is solidly built, easy to put together with minimal tools, and can be ridden in its stock form, as long as you understand it’s a heavy entry level bike made for street or Rails/Trails rides. I took everything apart and cleaned/greased/adjusted the hub and bottom bracket bearings. They come a little tight from the factory. I had issues with the bottom bracket bearing race, where it collapsed, damaged beyond repair. It was properly adjusted and greased, I have no idea what happened. At that point I started to upgrade. At this point all that is stock is the frame, fork, and wheels. These components are incredibly strong and stable, fitting my 5’11 frame well. I have put a lot of money into this steel framed beast, and it’s been fun. If you are looking to do more advanced trail rides, or a better platform, the ALX if a great place to start, but will cost you more money. This was a 300.00 USD bike before covid hit.Read full review

It’s a good bike but like all bikes it needs tuneups/mods. The handles are tiny very tiny!! The handlebars are also very short. The 6’2 range is a bit of a stretch it’s a very tiny framed bike. It’s also very difficult to ride. Be sure you want to pedal the whole time. For the money it’s good upgrade the seat to a cruiser.

Well built bike. A little more effort to ride because of tires etc. Easy to assemble. Most of it is already assembled. I like it!!

Its a heavy, but a well built bike, replace the seat, tune up the brakes and the rear derailleur and you really cant go wrong for the price. I wish they would add rear drop out threaded holes for a rear rack though. I do like the tire tread also and the drilled rims. The paint is nice, in a high gloss dark metallic red.

It came earlier then expected I haven’t rode it yet but the look of it is killer.
