Purchased this for a granddaughter entering community college. The condition, size, and features are perfect for her needs right now. Dell builds well. The battery was advertised as having at least a one hour life - not even close. The good news is a replacement battery was under $15. Would I buy another one? Yes. It was a terrific deal. Packaging, shipping was excellent. Good company.

I needed an extra laptop to keep at work and after some research, I chose this E Series. This laptop is all about speed and power. Other than minor exterior blemishes, the laptop functions perfectly. The day it arrived, I plugged in, set my wifi pass, registered my windows and was up and running for 6+ hours without issue. For the price you can't find a better deal.

Overall, a good device and a good deal. For about $60 more than Win10 alone I get a nice laptop, 4BG memory, 250GB hdd, WiFi and DVDRW. They packaged it very well using a double cardboard and great foam packaging. It arrived very quickly, even 1 day ahead of schedule. The battery is working fine, too. The laptop is very clean, no dust, nor fingerprints. I don't see any scratches, chips or dents of any kind. I would recommend this purchase.

I unplugged from this whole internet thing ten years ago and was somewhat hesitant to get back on board,,, I still have Win XP on all my other machines and was thinking that "this new windows 10 is probably going to be a absolute mess,,, was I ever surprised, about a lot of things...
