I don't really use it for production. I hook it up to my iPad and get some practice in while I'm on the go, lunch break, etc. Awesome little board for the price. There are nicer ones out there with similar footprint, just expect to pay 2 - 3 times what this unit costs. Wish it came with a carry case, don't like tossing it in my bag with out one.

This is my second Korg Nano. I owned the first version a few years ago. While awesomely portable, you cannot help but wonder if you nails are going to make the keys pop off. They seem too high and quite flimsy. I would have expected better from Korg to be honest but its the best I can find at the moment. The keys just feel like cheap typical "Scrabble" keys like you'd find on a laptop. Maybe nanoKey3 will be better

My NanoKey 2 was received very quickly and works great!

Getting it connected was tough, with any software, and everything cost you money, and if you don't buy anything, it's useless.

Simple to use and great for travel or small spaces. This is also great for plunking around on GarageBand. For it's purpose, it does a great job and is recommended. Don't expect it to be as advanced as the other higher end types.
