I had such a guitar, and looked into multiple ways to convert it to an acoustic/electric. It was a really cheap guitar, and didn't deserve a big investment in time or money. This system did the trick for me. Cutting out the holes for the preamp and jack was a bit scary. Not difficult, but definitely scary. This company is bad. I bought a Kita tuner and sent it because it broke down. I'm the only one working. Don't live here.
