Durable & Functional
The model 704 is easy to assemble and install. I mounted it to a concrete block wall with four Tapcon screws (5/16” x 2 -1/2” long) as per the directions. You will need a ¼” masonry drill bit for the pilot holes in a masonry wall. The anchors were readily available at the local builders supply center. The mounting hardware is not included. I was pleased mine came with the "brass" swivel installed. Some have complained theirs came with an aluminum swivel and it soon leaked; I've not had this issue and think the brass swivel is now likely standard issue, based on my purchase. I've used it daily for a couple of months with no leaks or issues. It looks great and functions as described. I have really enjoyed using it. I crank with my right hand and uniformly guide the hose onto the reel with my left and have no problem reeling 125' of 5/8" water hose on it. So far, I could not be more pleased with its function and aesthetics. It seems very sturdy and durable. I'd buy another.Read full review

It is so so...
It looks very nice and we are happy with that, but we had a lot of problems with the washer and the attachment. Probably because it is American and we live in the UK. We have had some trouble and still now it is not completely sorted because of how the attachment is done. The result is that it is difficult to stop leaking. Otherwise it is very nice indeed. I couldn't find anything similar in the UK.

Real Good Hose Reel !!!
This Hose Reel is Real Excellent !! Very sturdily built, much stronger than any Plastic one I've ever had. It doesn't feel like the Handle is going to break off in my hand, like the Plastic one did. Its ALUMINUM so NO RUST , and the mechanism is smooth. You can unreel, or Reel in 100' - 150" of Hose real FAST !!! Should last a long time as well.

Fantastic but pricey
The reel is well-made, strong, beautiful, easy to install. The value for price is our only issue. We feel the price is too high for what it is. We also feel the wood screws needed for installation should be included, especially at this price point. We are happy with our purchase....just not delighted purely due to price.
