The HK 330C is wonderfully sounding, musical receiver. A discrete phono and absolutely brilliant preamp and amp stages. It has more power and better componetry than the inferior sounding Original NAD 3020. I have powered 8 ohm LS3/5A's comfortably. Clean crisp looks. I own seriously expensive audio gear. Outside of a few Sherwood models, a couple if Onkyo's and the HK 430,no receiver approaches Hi Fidelity. Frankly if sound over looks is your concern, forget Japanese Sony/ Superscope made Marantz.
