While I have not assembled this kit yet, it looks ideal for a space on my small layout. The detail level is great, and the instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. I intend to get a few of the small light up signs to accent the storefronts with.

Comes in a few colors of plastic but if you don't paint it'll look too plain.I don't care what anyone says i put my models together with super glue it's fast and easy . I get my glue from the dollar store. Any hobby store sells it for $2.99 and up.,not me,I buy 5 at a time. putting on the decals is the hardest . But all n all it is a very good product.

Sure you can slap it together as it comes but taking time to detail it take forever with so many windows and odd detail surfaces. I do wish it came with walls between each building to separate them for lighting, I will add those myself. All-in-all a nice kit.

I found the kit to be well proportioned to its scale. I like the way the components line up for gluing together. It sits well as a level street would need it to be. The difference in store fronts makes it very realistic for almost any era thats being modeled. I had one comment from someone that looks like main street in my home town. Excellant kit.
