I have been decorating cakes for a year and got this book in hopes of learning new techniques. I maybe learned one thing. I would not recommend this book for anyone with any experience. It gives very brief descriptions, more like definitions, rather than explanations. Not for experienced decorators. I read it in one day and promptly decided to resell it.
Book is very inspirational. As i am a beginner with my daughter we taught this book was excellent for us beginners. Pictures very detailed and detailed the way the projects are shown step by step. Truly good investment and lots to be tought. Excellent for beginners and for already good decorators for very inspirational designs.
