There are underglaze marks for Carl Thieme - Very Rare & Very Large Porcelain Vase (Urn) with Pedestal - Height 72 CM / 29 INCH.

It was hand crafted at the Carl Thieme Porcelain Works, in Dresden, at a time in which the area was establishing itself as a leading center that produced superb porcelain in its own unique distinct style .This set it apart, very distinctly, from the porcelain emanating out of the nearby town of Meissen!The vase exhibits the charming flamboyance of the German Rococo style and displays a highly detailed array of intricate porcelain flowers.
