A wonderfully strange and joyful composition. Fireworks burst across the night sky as the Straw Hat crew celebrates a summer evening, each dressed in yukata. Chopper, Usopp, and Luffy dig into watermelons of absurd size — but Zoro takes it further, seated atop a watermelon the size of a dome tent, happily biting into a thick wedge. Robin, her dark hair loosely tied, has turned the hollowed-out rind of her finished watermelon into a chair.The circular bursts of fireworks in the black sky echo the round shapes of the great red watermelons below, creating a rhythmic visual call-and-response. The red flesh of the watermelons begins to look like fireworks you could eat.Joining the crew in their celebrations are goldfish — swimming freely through the air. In this place, aerial goldfish and giant watermelons are entirely unremarkable. Whether it is a paradise for all living things, however, is another question: Sanji stands with an enormous kitchen knife in hand, wearing an expression that suggests he is already imagining goldfish sashimi.The yukata patterns, though they appear natural at first glance, are full of playful invention. Robin wears morning glories, Nami wears cosmos flowers — both more vibrant and free than traditional designs. Franky's yukata features a gear pattern tailored to his massive mechanical frame.
