Vintage Very Rare Holly Tree Pixie Riding in a Candy Cane Sleigh Planter!

-I believe this was made by Norcrest, but I'm not sure. Definitely by one of the Japan companies-It is marked with some numbers on the bottom, see photo-The tree pixie is really cute and is wearing a candy cane striped scarf-It is a planter or it can hold just about anything you want, bottle brush tree, mercury spikes, etc etc-Measures about 4.5" tall, 5" long and about 2.5" wide-It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs, some minor paint rubs on some of the holly leaves and on the blue stripe on what appears to be a package on the sleigh. Very clean inside, has typical crazing.
