A historical wooden lockbox crafted in the late Edo period.

Its sturdy iron hardware and aged wooden surface reflect nearly two centuries of use, giving it a rich patina and a dignified presence.

Although compact, the piece carries a noticeable weight and solidity, making it suitable as a display item, historical reference piece, or functional interior storage in a Japanese-style setting.

The wood used is Sugi (Japanese cedar), which provides a warm, traditional appearance.
