This museum quality artifact is a binder containing 62 original NASA black-numbered black and white photographs each measuring 7 1/2" x 5 1/2" capturing the complete descent and lunar landing of the Apollo 12 Lunar Module "Intrepid".

The binder originated from a JPL employee who worked on Apollo 12, and this set was donated to an sale house as part of a charity sale, where we acquired them.

These images have never appeared in any physical form before that we can determine, and we suspect they are likely one of a kind. The data/information boxes attached to the corner of each image have been manually crafted.

Each photograph features a log decal in the top left corner documenting specific details for each image.

The Apollo 12 landing is known for its precision; the first time a manned craft landed precisely where it intended to.

Condition: In very good to excellent vintage condition. Photos in this archive have been well taken care of. Minor age scuffing of binder itself.
