Only two of these exist, one at the history museum. Bob Barnett was a locally famous aerial and street photographer here in Mankato. Included is Hubbard Milling, A.D.M. (Archer Daniels Midland), Brett's Dept Store, Front Street, Saulpaugh Hotel, Union Depot, Old Mankato State University, Madison Lake and so much more. There is a slight warp to it from being in a garage at one point. Also as you see, there is a water stain in the bottom and several scuffs. Make sure to inspect every photo before deciding. If it was pristine, I'd be asking $10,000, but as it is it is obviously still very displayable and beautiful. It is made of (real developed, not printed) photo paper layed on fiberboard. I believe it could be flattened by a professional steaming it. It is in solid condition, not brittle or fragile. I can provide more photos or info if you need. Thanks!
