Up for sale is an exceptionally rare, genuine early 19th-century hand-forged steel wing compass / divider. Stamped with individual serif "P" and "S" letters across the pivot legs, this piece represents the early hand-forged era of famous English toolmaker Peter Stubs of Warrington.
