Hillel Kahn was a publisher in post WW2 in Germany who printed religious Jewish books for Survivors. This is one volume, Tractate Babba Batra, which contains about 400 pages. It was printed in a DP Camp somewhere in Germany under the jurisdiction of the US Army. While there's no date or place of printing, the above facts are correct.
There was only one other Talmud set printed during the post war period in Germany and that was the "Survivor's Talmud", which I am selling here: https://www..com/itm/204066442223 and was published under the auspices of the US Army!
