Their Fantastic Hand Painted Expressions Really Project & Shine Their Personalities, Just Look At Those Half Smiles Along With Their Adorable Dimensional Carrot Noses & Stances With Their Hands To Their Snowmen Hips, So Cute! Each Has A Cute Christmas Tree A Top Their Heads, With Red Little Ornaments All Around, Which Can Hold A Birthday Size Candle If You Choose. Both Have Glossy Christmas Red Scarves Around Their Necks With Matching Black, Big Boot Shoes, Standing On Their Christmas Red Pedestals. The Handles On Each Are Shaped Like Snowflakes, With More Raised/Embossed Snowflakes All Along Each Of The Pedestals, With Shiny Gold Gilt Highlighting All Around. This Pair Also Comes With Their Original Boxes As Well.
With The Glass Hurricane Covers, Each Measures 6 Inches Height, 3 1/2 Inches Width & Just Under 3 Inches Front To Back. Both Retain Their Original Red & Gold Holt Howard Labels & Are Stamped 1959, Holt Howard On Their Very Bottoms (See Picture #9).This Whimsical, Rare, Holt Howard Set Of Snowman Candle Holders With Original Hurricane Glass Covers, Are In Excellent, Clean Vintage Condition. No Chips, Nicks, Cracks Or Repairs. I See No Crazing. The Inside Of Each Candle Holder Cup A Top Of Their Heads Is Clean. The Paint Is Wonderful. The Only Flaw I See Is On One Of The Glass Hurricane Covers, A Manufacture Flaw When Originally Made. Couple Of Tiny Dips On The Top & Bottom Edges Of The Hurricane Glass Cover, Smooth To Touch, Not Chips, Was How They Were Originally Made In Japan.
