From my personal collection I am selling pieces from an amazing & without question darling Holt Howard Minnie & Moby Mermaid bathroom accessories made back in the late 1950’s. These pieces were made in limited quantities, therefore, making them scarce to find. Several styles of Holt Howard have been more desirable & this is one of them. Add on the fact their tail fins can easily get broken & the fact they were intended for bathroom use where things can easily be knocked over while brushing teeth, washing hands & faces, reaching for towels… & back in the day when many homes only had one bathroom for the WHOLE family! Not exactly the ideal scene.

Next up is a highly sought after & RARE, extremely HTF piece …Minnie soap dish (or small ring dish/jewelry dish) in near MINT! One very small superficial paint flake chip on the front rim of the dish. It is so superficial you can barely feel it with your fingertip. It could almost be a manufacturing flaw… I can not say without certainty which it is. Best seen up close in photo #4. Otherwise no other chips, cracks, repairs or crazing to mention either. She measures 2 3/4” t x 4” across x 4 1/2” in depth. And just how sweet is she?! She is being so helpful pointing out where you can find the soap, your ring or other trinkets! I would also recommend using some form of adhesive to help secure her where you intend to place her. Something that isn’t permanent of course perhaps earthquake adhesive. All the colors are as bright as the day it was made! It is so incredible! The original black & gold foil HH Japan sticker has remained fully intact! This piece was originally sold with an 8 oz. tumbler as a 2 piece set! Can you imagine?! have yet to see the tumbler ever being offered or sold here on ! If anyone else has one or has seen one I would love to hear about it.
