Since The Flintstones was originallyintendedas a program for the entire family, it's ads were deemed "not appropriate"for children. For example, it'sendof show bumper promoted theseriesprimarysponsor "WinstonCigarettes". When the show wasrefocused more towards children, these ads were pulled
