Official indicia title remains Blue Bolt, despite shifting cover titles. Blue Bolt investigates weirdly local earthquakes and suspects the work of his old foe, the subterranean Green Sorceress. Red Rocket discovers a plot to replace human babies with Martian mutants. Bruce Corbet becomes the superhero The Mask to track down the Devil Gang that killed his brother, and engages the gang's leader in a final aerial dogfight.
