If a hypothetical print run is *100,000 comics, the Canadian print run should be about 10% of the American run as the Canadian population is 10% of the American pop, also something I recently discovered, the Canadian Price Variants only apply to Newsstand editions, which are about half the entire print run, also Newsstand editions tend to be harder to find in high grade because Newsstand vendors treat comics with less care and put the books out in spinner racks which tends to crease the spine more easily.
