HUGE ZETA RETICULI GREY ALIEN JADE & METAL SCULPTURE

Everyone, meet Zeta! In my opinion he is the largest and coolest jade work that we have produced at Mayan Mountain! We teamed up with Bob Carmen, Jose from New Olmec Style and Jordan Jackson from Night Owl Iron Works to make this one of kind project happen.

This project started in 2018 when we imported a huge 600 lb Guatemalan Jadeite Jade boulder. It took us 3.5 days to cut it into 50 to 70 lb slabs on a 36" drop saw. My last slab of this boulder always reminded me of grey alien head from it's natural shape. 2 months before the Tucson gem show I sent it (along with black jade slabs for the eyes) to Mexico for my friend Jose from New Olmec Style to carve. As his Olmec face carvings are the best in the business, I knew he was the one for the project. He completed the carving with his father just in time and shipped it back to me in North Carolina.

With only 10 days before I need to leave for the Tucson gem show, I took the finished Zeta grey to Jeremy Jackson of Night Owl Iron works here in North Carolina. You may know him as one of the winners of the "Forged in Fire" show from the History Channel and Netfilx. Check out the Halloween episode "Forged in Fear'. It was his idea to make the metal base be the head, neck and shoulders of the being. This metal sculpture really completes the look of this HUGE jade carving and it wouldn't look the same with out it. (The jade is snug in the sculpture but it will come out if pulled from the chin.) Jordan finished the metal work with just 2 days to spare before my trip to Tucson!

So many amazing people came together to produce this one of kind work of art! As a UFO experiencer and enthusiast, I have been searching for any sort of alien carving (in jade or otherwise) for many years and have always found them to be small or lacking in style or detail. This is with out a doubt the LARGEST JADE ALIEN CARVING ON EARTH! The jadeite is a smoky grey/blue in color which is perfect for a Zeta Reticuli Grey carving. The inlay of black jade for the eyes really makes it stand out. His stern look startled people all month long at the show in Tucson!

Ok let's talk business. We asking 100k for this piece. While we are making a series of smaller faces for pendants made from this same stone, there will never be another sculpture like this made by our team. Our desire is to make this unique piece for a personal collection or for display to the public, as long as it can be seen and appreciated. I am open to accepting offers on Zeta.
