Buster Brown's Experiences With Pond's Extract. Published 1904 by Pond's Extract Co. This is the FIRST Buster Brown premium comic book with original color cover and art by R.F OUTCAULT. Premium booklet advertising Pond's Extract, one of those turn-of the-19th/20th century cure-all elixirs that would be outlawed by the newly created F.D.A. the following year (1905). Original paper wraps. Contains 28pages of material, and measures 6.75" by 4.5". Rare and important R.F. Outcault/Buster Brown ephemera. I have not seen another one of these in 20+ years.
