Declaring the correct HS codes for comic books.
Providing a validCertificate of Originconfirming that the comic books were manufactured/printed in the USA/Canada/Mexico.
Meeting allCUSMA/USMCA preferential criteria(rules of origin, value content, and shipment conditions).
UsingDelivered Duties Paid (DDP)shipping via cross-border carrier (brokerage fee already paid by seller)
