Patek Philippe Hide a Watch/braclett By Neiman Marcus. This is a one of a kind special order. Made in the 1930's by Neiman Marcus in France. The watch is Patek Philippe . It's got approximately three (3) carats of diamonds set in platinum. Approximately one and half (1 1/2) of 18 carats gold. Been in my family a long time and only selling for health reasons.
