Sterling Silver Belt is 42.5" long and set up for 42" waist. It is 1.85" wide.

It may be modified toaccommodate almost any smaller waist by removing conchos. Or, and this is what most people seem to do, is wear it "Navajo Style" by linking the end buckle loop to any of the other link-loops and letting one or more of the "extra" Conchos hang down.
