This ring issue was the first officially licensed ring from DC comics. If you are Green Lantern Collector, this is literally the holy grail of all GL collectables.
The 1996 Florida Expo rings, FX96, each carried an 'FX' on one side and a '96' on the other. These were given out in a blind bag format to dealers at the convention that year in little green bags. You wouldn't know which ring you got, but there were 3 versions. A 10K gold ring that was limited to 12 individually numbered pieces.A silver version limited to 150 individually numbered pieces. And a brass version also limited to 150 individual pieces. They all had the same green gem stone in the center. Each ring came with a folded certificate of authenticity with the ring's number.
In this listing, all rings are the #1's of the set. Yes that is right, this is a matched set of #1's#1 of 12 Gold ring (10k Gold stamp on the inside of the ring)#1 of 150 Silver ring#1 of 150 Brass rings
A few prototypes have surfaced over time, all green rings with no FX or 96 on the sides (see the last picture),one is included in this listing too. These were suppose to be disposed of, but apparently ~26 of them were saved.
