This charming original ink sketch by legendary American illustrator Norman Rockwell depicts a dog named “Topper.” The drawing is boldly signed and inscribed, “Best wishes, sincerely, Norman Rockwell.” Norman Rockwell (1894–1978) was known for his iconic Saturday Evening Post covers and his depictions of everyday American life. PSA Authenticated and encapsulated with a PSA Mint 9 auto grade, and accompanied by a full PSA letter of authenticity.
