After extensive searching, I have been unable to locate another example of this exact first-print double-cover error anywhere.

Don't take my word for it. Search the internet yourself. Look through , comic dealers, collector sites, sale archives, census information, and old listings. See if you can find another copy at all, let alone another CGC-graded example offered for sale.
