Absolutely gorgeous pair of signed Vion & Baury Old Paris bisque porcelain figures. The gentleman stands 14 1/2" tall, the lady just under 14". The name BAURY is impressed in the clay on the grassy mound just to the left of the gentleman's right foot. The name BAURY is impressed just to the left of the where the lady's right foot would be. Her right foot is covered by her skirt. Underneath each base is an applied blue disc with the impressed letters PVB. I have been able to show only 8 photos for two years in my listings and have not been able to get to resolve the problem. If you would like a photo of the mark, please contact me and I will send it to you. I have owned these beautiful figures for 30+ years now. It is time for someone else who would appreciate them to take possession. These figures are in excellent condition and have no damage or previous repairs.
